Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese (if using), green onions, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Gently fold in the crab meat, being careful not to break up the lumps too much.
Step 3: Assemble and Bake
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish or skillet, spreading it evenly.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden brown on top.
Step 4: Garnish and Serve
Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with additional sliced green onions and serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or toasted baguette slices.
