I’m not suggesting everyone needs to become a 5AM gym enthusiast (I’m certainly not). But even five minutes of gentle movement makes a difference in how I feel all day. Sometimes it’s simple stretches beside my bed, a short walk around the block while my coffee brews, or a quick dance to an upbeat song. Movement doesn’t have to be intense or prolonged to help release tension and boost your mood.
